Taos is like few other places in the U.S. It has a great climate and a wonderful small town atmosphere. Plenty of good restaurants and abundance of art gallerys.

When it comes to real estate taos has something for everyone.

There are condos in or out of town. Right now condos in town are more popular. This is a part of the urbanization of the country.

Homes sell well especially when you can find one below $300k.

Homes in town can be expensive this one reason condos below $300k sell better. For a very nice home in or out of town you should plan on spending north of $400,000.00. There are very nice homes when you get into the $700,000.00 And up range. Depends on your budget and taste.

Right now is a good time to buy. Everyone is selling. Do not know why but that is what is happening.

This past summer was as near perfect as you could get. This fall is shaping up to be a great also. We have had two snowfalls in the mountains already. Sking can not be far behind.
